Indoor - Your private place: one of the 3 comfortable furnished apartment (323 sq.ft with bath) - Plus extra large common areas to share with others: large kitchen, dining, living rooms, fireplace, spa and fitness, billiard - dispatched on 3,000 sq. ft - Dish and clothes washer, cable tv and internet access, television. Home and kitchen maids will help and take care of cleaning and making your stay troublefree.
Outdoors: swimming pool (outside ecological bathing place) and tennis. You will also enjoy resting under the trees by the lake, or walk around the 2,5 acres private park, or even garden. This is a very quiet place, with an outstanding view of the country side and nice walks into the surrounding area (woods, land) - bicycles are available to get around - bbq - outside patio - Pets are not allowed inside the Manor, for the risk of allergies to others, but possibly horse pension if you wish.
Sandy beaches and large towns (Vannes, La Roche-Bernard, Rochefort-en-Terre, Auray, all rich historic towns) are only 10 miles away, and the closest village 2 miles away with all accommodations available. Lorient airport is 45mn drive, Rennes airport is 1hour drive.
Prices (for 2-weeks lifetime holidays, from mid-june to mid-september) are as follows for one apartement + common spaces and commodities from £68,000 to £75,000 (depending on exact surface)
